Portrait of Lukas Adam

My work sits mostly in genomics: bulk and single-cell sequencing, epigenetic profiling, spatial data, and the computational methods that make those datasets interpretable. I bring a background in bioinformatics, machine learning, and statistics, with earlier work spanning structure-based drug discovery and automated 3D imaging.

This site is where I collect notes on data analysis, bioinformatics, software, and the occasional lesson learned while exploring the world beyond the lab.

Current Focus

  • Bulk, single-cell, epigenetic, and spatial data
  • Bioinformatics, machine learning, and statistical modeling
  • Reproducible workflows for complex biological data
